She also provides guidance and support on Human Resources matters across the portfolio, drawing on her extensive leadership experience. As part of the leadership team, Krupa plays an active role in helping define and build the company culture at Opal—one rooted in collaboration, creativity, and excellence.
With over 20 years of Human Resources leadership experience, a Human Resource Management degree, a HR designation, and a background in interior design , Krupa brings a rare combination of operational insight and creative vision to the hospitality industry. Her global travels and exposure to luxury boutique environments have shaped a deep appreciation for architecture, design, and the art of creating meaningful guest experiences.
